Busy Business!

I feel as though I NEVER get on here, completely crazy because I ALWAYS have so much to say. I always have so much on my mind that needs to be spoken. Being a mommy of two little ones sometimes you don't get to be with friends or adults much for that matter. My babies are my life, and at that I am doing my best to raise the properly. Training them up in the ways they should go.

In just a few weeks I will begin working with my son (3 years old) in pre-school material. Looking forward to seeing him grow and change. At this point I am unwilling to release my babies into the secular school system just to have people of the "world" train them. Why should I do this when they have a perfectly good mommy at home to teach them? I guess I could be like some people and sit around the house, go to the gym and work out, go get my hair done, get my nails done, go tan ect..... Ha ha but i choose to spend my time at home with my babies teaching them and training them :-)

In all of this I have tried to start a baking http://sconeme.webs.com/ business that I feel I have not been very successful in, I started it before I had my second baby, and when she came I got overwhelmed in the idea of trying to get my business off the ground. So now I think it is time for me to start working on it again! Actually there are two businesses I am working on call me crazy but these are my latest endeavors. Below are a few things I have been working on trying to sell these items. Such cute little scarves!

I love being busy, busy, busy... But trying to promote my small businesses is tough. I don't even know where to start. Praying for direction from the one who put these ideas in my head in the first place :-)

Since I became a mommy of two

Little Miss "Em" and Love Bug "Ry" keep me on my toes. Needless to say there is NEVER a dull moment in my home. Between trying to keep up on laundry, keeping the house clean (which is NEVER easy or possible) potty training one, and working on getting another one ready for "table food", keeping their room clean. Having one who pulls toys out all over the place and neglects to put them back, or having another that just started crawling, and is pulling herself up on EVERYTHING then cries cause she can't get back down. Never, never a dull moment. What do I do in my downtime? Not sure I have any of that ha ha just kidding. I have recently taken up crocheting soooooo much fun. AND I started making jewelry, Earrings mostly. My main reason for learning to crochet was to make hats and such for my kids, I LOVE it! I taught myself, and am getting pretty good at it. Yes, yes I am proud of myself! So I decided to take a few pics so you can see all I've done!

Now that you have seen some of my art here are a few earrings I have made... These are quite amateur I really need to work on my skill where jewelry is concerned, but hey everyone has to start somewhere!

Anyhow, this is what I have been doing in my downtime. Sometimes it's 30 minutes here, 15 minutes there. But I still get to do it, and I LOVE it. Hey everyone needs a hobby right? Mine just consists of making things!
